Kristen Upton, CNP, IBCLC, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Michigan. Kristen has more than 14 years of experience in nursing, including time in both surgical and pediatric intensive care units. Her clinical interests include health promotion through positive living choices with an emphasis on exercise and nutrition, in particular for the non-athletic, newly active child.
